Alice Walton
Alice Walton
Wal-Mart heiress Alice Walton was arrested for DWI on her 62nd birthday, October 7, 2011. After pulling Walton over for going 71 in a 55 mph zone in Weatherford, TX., a Highway Patrol officer suspected that the second richest woman in America had been drinking. Walton, whose net worth is valued at $20.9 billion, refused a breathalyzer test, spent the night in jail and was released on $1,000 bond.

In 1998, Walton was convicted on four counts in a DWI case. During that arrest, Walton also refused to take a breathalyzer test, allegedly asking officers, "Do you know who I am?" Instead of paying $650 to settle the case, Walton instead chose to fight it, and lost.
