On New Year's Eve, Provo, UT., police arrested Leah Davis after she had allegedly walked out of a J.C. Penney store with a bag full of unpaid-for items. According to an arrest affidavit, Davis tried to leave the store with $591.26 worth of merchandise, but was caught and taken back to the store's loss prevention office. Once police arrived, the affidavit states, Davis told them she was Rudy Huxtable from the The Cosby Show. Davis also allegedly told police that she owned the Provo Towne Center Mall where the arrest took place. She was charged with retail theft and trespassing.

Rudy Huxtable (pictured) was played by actress Keshia Knight Pulliam, who now stars on Tyler Perry's House of Payne and once won a celebrity episode of Fear Factor.
