Chandra Levy was seen at a health club near her apartment in Washington, D.C. Levy, who was in extremely good shape and exercised often, apparently went to the club to cancel her membership in preparation for a move back to her home in Modesto, Calif. Her internship with the Federal Bureau of Prisons had been cut short after her supervisors discovered that she had already completed her college coursework and was ineligible to continue.
